These terms apply to access to and use of this website and its secure online functions. Program pages and Information Desk responses provide general information. Admission Letters, Student Agreements, written offers, academic regulations, and other signed or formally issued documents govern the individual relationship. If a conflict exists, the formally issued document controls to the extent of that conflict.
Secure accounts and electronic communication
You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in codes and account access, and notify SMC promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Complete institutional messages, decisions, agreements, and attachments are delivered through the secure SMC account. A short email may notify you that a new update is available, but it does not replace the portal record. SMC never requests card details, passwords, or authentication codes by reply email.
Admissions and academic decisions
Website content, tuition indications, AI-generated information, and application status displays do not constitute admission, recognition, credit transfer, supervision approval, enrollment, or an academic decision. Only an authorized SMC decision recorded in writing is binding. Payment is requested only through the approved offer and secure account process.
Responsible use
You may use the website only for lawful, intended purposes. You must not interfere with availability or security; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious, deceptive, unlawful, or irrelevant material; impersonate another person; scrape protected services; or use the website to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
