Notification of Foreign Degree Programs
Report on the results of the notification procedure of Signum Magnum College (SMC), with the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria (AQ Austria).
In its decision of September 18, 2024, the Board of AQ Austria decided to accept the application of Signum Magnum College for a positive decision on the notification according to §§ 27, 27a HS-QSG.
The following study programs conducted in Austria
- Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
of Signum Magnum College were reported to AQ Austria in accordance with § 27 HS-QSG and included in the Directory of Notification Procedures in accordance with § 27 para. 6 HS-QSG (https://www.aq.ac.at/en).
The decision on the notification of the programs does not imply a determination as to their equivalence to Austrian programs and the corresponding Austrian academic degrees. The programs and academic degrees are considered as those of the country of origin or the country in which the home institution is located.
In the event of a revocation of the notification decision by the AQ Austria Board, the programs may no longer be carried out in Austria.
Meldung ausländischer Studien
Bericht über das Ergebnis des Meldeverfahrens des Signum Magnum College (SMC) bei der Agentur für Qualitätssicherung und Akkreditierung Austria (AQ Austria).
Das Board der AQ Austria hat mit Beschluss vom 18.09.2024 entschieden, dem Antrag des Signum Magnum College auf positive Entscheidung über die Meldung gemäß §§ 27, 27a HS-QSG stattzugeben.
Die in Österreich durchgeführten Studiengänge
- Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
von Signum Magnum College wurden gemäß § 27 HS-QSG bei der AQ Austria gemeldet und in das Verzeichnis der Meldeverfahren gemäß § 27 Abs. 6 HS-QSG aufgenommen (https://www.aq.ac.at/).
Mit der Entscheidung über die Meldung der Studien ist keine Feststellung der Gleichwertigkeit mit österreichischen Studien und entsprechenden österreichischen akademischen Graden verbunden. Die Studien und akademischen Grade gelten als solche des Herkunfts- bzw. Sitzstaates.
Im Falle des Widerrufs der Entscheidung über die Meldung durch das Board der AQ Austria dürfen die Studiengänge in Österreich nicht mehr durchgeführt werden.
