Bogdan is the Deputy School Director at the British International School of Timișoara in Romania, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for education to his role. A fully qualified teacher, Bogdan has worked in leading international schools across Asia and Europe, cultivating expertise in diverse educational systems and cultural contexts.
Prior to joining the British International School of Timișoara, Bogdan served as an IB Coordinator and a key member of the Upper School Management Team at a renowned international school in Germany. His dedication to academic excellence is supported by an impressive educational background. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Social Sciences, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and Master’s degrees in Organization Management and Educational Psychology. Additionally, he has earned a Certificate of Qualified Teacher Status from the United Kingdom and recently completed a Global Education course in the United States.
With a specialization in IB, A-Level, and IGCSE Economics, Business, and Sociology, Bogdan has excelled in teaching and mentoring students at the secondary and undergraduate levels. Over the past 15 years, he has also supported students with their university choices and applications, successfully guiding them to secure places at top-tier universities worldwide.
Bogdan’s leadership experience spans various roles, including Head of Department, School Principal, and Associate Professor at a prestigious university. His multifaceted career reflects his dedication to fostering academic growth, empowering students, and preparing them to excel in a globalized world.
